公司擁有五套?1200型倒立式拉絲機組，該機組主要配置有盤條在線拋丸處理設備、盤條在線表面缺陷渦流探傷儀設備、盤條表面缺陷修磨設備、倒立式收線機組等；五套感應加熱熱處理生產線機組，該機組主要配置有主動連續放線裝置、感應加熱設備、水淬火冷卻系統設備、在線穿過式及旋轉式渦流探傷儀設備、不停車自動剪切連續生產收線設備等；同時建設有彈簧鋼絲專業檢測試驗室，配備完整的鋼絲檢測儀器和設備。
